Terms of Service
Last updated: June 12, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and IDKWebsites LLC ("Sable", "we", "us"). By using Sable or asksable.com you agree to them.
What Sable Is
Sable keeps a home service business organized in one place: calls, messages, quotes, jobs, scheduling, invoices, follow-ups, and a simple website. You talk to Sable, it drafts the work, and you approve what goes out.
Sable is built for business use. You must be at least 18 and using it for a business to have an account.
You Approve What Goes Out
Sable drafts quotes, messages, and invoices for you. Nothing goes out to a customer until you approve it, unless you have turned on a setting that sends something automatically, like call answering or appointment reminders.
Drafts can contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing what you approve before it goes out, including prices, dates, and customer details.
Calls and Recording
Calls answered or placed through your Sable number may be recorded and transcribed so your records stay complete. By using these features you authorize this recording for your business.
Recording and notice laws differ by state. You are responsible for following the laws that apply where you and your customers are located, including any required notice to callers.
Text Messages
If you opt in, Sable sends you text messages about your account, like lead alerts and items waiting for approval. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help, or email support@asksable.com.
Messages Sable sends to your customers go out on your behalf and at your direction. You confirm that you have your customers' permission to contact them, and that you honor their opt-out requests. Sable also honors STOP automatically: anyone who replies STOP to a Sable number receives no further texts from that number unless they opt back in. Using Sable to send spam or unwanted messages is not allowed and can end your account.
Fees and Billing
Sable is billed monthly through Stripe at the rate we agree on when you sign up. Some features that carry outside costs, like call minutes, may have usage fees. We will tell you about any usage fees before they apply.
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
Some website work is billed as a one-time build plus a monthly amount. The details live in your order with us.
Payments From Your Customers
Payments your customers make on invoices are processed through Stripe and go to your connected Stripe account. Sable never holds your funds.
Your Content and Data
You own your business information, your customer records, your photos, and your content. You give us permission to host and process them so we can run Sable for you, and for no other reason.
If you connect a social account, we post only what you approve. You can revoke that permission at any time by disconnecting the account in settings.
Your Customers' Data
You are responsible for having the right to collect and store your customers' information, and for complying with the privacy laws that apply to your business and your region.
Acceptable Use
Use Sable for lawful business only. Do not use it to harass anyone, to send spam, to misrepresent who you are, or to interfere with the service. We can suspend or end accounts that break these rules.
Cancellation and Export
If you cancel, you can export your customers, jobs, quotes, and invoices as a file you can take anywhere. We hold your data for 30 days after cancellation, then delete it permanently.
What We Are Not Responsible For
Sable is provided as is. We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, bookings, or a specific level of business growth.
We are not responsible for outages caused by phone carriers, messaging carriers, or other providers outside our control, for content you approved before it went out, or for disputes between you and your customers.
Limit on Liability
If something goes wrong and we are responsible, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, like lost profits.
Changes to These Terms
If we make material changes we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Sable after that date means you accept the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska.
