These terms govern your use of Sable. By signing up you agree to them.
What Sable Is
Sable provides a website, online booking, client management, content posting, and business reporting for appointment-based businesses.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. We generate content based on that information. You review and approve content before it is posted.
The Free Trial
Your trial begins the day you complete setup. The trial lasts 14 days. You do not need a credit card to start.
At the end of 14 days, if at least one booking was made inside Sable, your trial ends and you select a paid plan to continue. If no booking was made, your trial continues free until one is.
What Counts as a Booking
Any appointment scheduled through your Sable booking page counts as a booking. This includes returning clients. This includes clients who book themselves and clients you add manually.
A booking triggers the end of your free trial regardless of whether the appointment was completed.
Exceptions and Extensions
If your first booking was a no-show or was cancelled within 10 minutes of being made, you may request a trial extension. Extensions are reviewed manually and granted at our discretion.
To request an extension email support@asksable.com within 48 hours of the booking. We do not guarantee extensions will be granted in every case.
Paid Plans
After your trial ends you will be billed monthly at the rate of your selected plan. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
Payments
Payments for your Sable subscription are processed by Stripe. Payments your clients make for appointments are processed through Stripe Connect and go directly to your connected Stripe account.
Sable does not take a percentage of your client payments. Sable never holds or touches your funds.
Your Content
You own your business information, your client data, and your content. By connecting your social accounts you give us permission to post on your behalf when you approve a post. You can revoke this permission at any time by disconnecting your accounts in settings.
Your Client Data
You are responsible for having the right to collect and store your clients' information. You are responsible for complying with applicable privacy laws in your region regarding client data.
Data Export and Cancellation
If you cancel, you can export your clients, services, and bookings as a file you can take anywhere. We hold your data for 30 days after cancellation then delete it permanently.
What We Are Not Responsible For
We do not guarantee a specific number of bookings or a specific level of business growth. The guarantee described in our trial terms is limited to extending your free trial. It does not constitute a guarantee of revenue or business success.
We are not responsible for content posted to your social accounts that you approved. We are not responsible for actions taken by your clients or disputes between you and your clients.
Changes to These Terms
If we make material changes we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Sable after that date means you accept the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska.
