Sable is owned and operated by IDKWebsites LLC. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have.
What We Collect
When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, business name, and location. When you add services and pricing, we store that too.
When your clients book through your Sable page, we collect their name, email, and appointment details.
When you connect Instagram, Facebook, or Google Business, we store the access tokens needed to post on your behalf.
We do not store your clients' payment information. Stripe handles that directly.
How We Use It
We use your information to run your website, manage your bookings, generate and post content, and send you your daily report.
We use your clients' information to send appointment confirmations and reminders on your behalf.
We do not sell your data. We do not sell your clients' data. We do not use your information to advertise to your clients.
Who We Share It With
Stripe processes payments. They have their own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
We use third party services to send emails and run our infrastructure. None of them have the right to use your data for their own purposes.
If we are ever required by law to share your information, we will tell you unless we are legally prohibited from doing so.
How Long We Keep It
We keep your data as long as your account is active. If you cancel, we hold your data for 30 days so you can export it. After 30 days we delete it.
You can request deletion at any time by emailing support@asksable.com.
Your Rights
You can export your clients, services, and bookings at any time. You can request we delete your account and all associated data. You can disconnect your social accounts at any time from your settings.

Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes we will notify you by email before they take effect.
